- Outbound Calling: Contact potential and existing customers to promote products, services, or special offers.
- Inbound Assistance: Handle incoming calls from consumers to answer questions, resolve complaints, or assist with orders.
- Lead Generation: Gather customer information, qualify leads, and pass high-potential prospects to the sales team.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
- Follow-ups: Schedule callbacks or send additional information to nurture leads.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales.
