Process and manage online customer orders received from various sales channels.
Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy across warehouses.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports. Coordinate inward and outward stock movements. Plan and monitor order dispatches to ensure timely delivery.
Perform stock reconciliation and inventory audits.
Update inventory records in ERP/Excel systems.
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and sales teams. Track pending orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
Maintain proper documentation related to inventory and dispatch operations.
