Hiring: HR Recruiter

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience, previous salary, and interview performance)

Origain Global Corp is a leading IT solutions company delivering innovative software and workforce management solutions across India. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing HR team and support our Pan India hiring operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Publish and manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Manage multiple hiring requirements across different locations in India.
- Coordinate offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Eligibility & Skills
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience is mandatory.
- Experience in consultancy recruitment or Pan India hiring will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Hands-on experience with Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Job Hai, or similar job portals.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring deadlines.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment reporting.
