WHO SHOULD APPLY
We are looking for a hands-on Meta Ads Specialist who has worked in an advertising / digital marketing agency and can independently manage performance campaigns.
✔ Minimum 4+ year experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
✔ Experience in digital agency / performance marketing agency (MANDATORY)
✔ Ability to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously
✔ Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, creatives & optimization
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycle (setup → optimization → scaling)
- Work closely with creative team to improve ad performance
- Analyze campaign data and improve CTR, CPL, ROAS
- Handle multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Provide insights and suggestions to improve campaign outcomes

- Performance metrics understanding (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS)

- Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) vs. target
- Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) improvement
- Lead to Conversion % and Sales-qualified leads growth
- Retention & Repeat Purchase %
- Funnel conversion improvement (CTR → CVR → Sales)

Pay: ₹650,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
