Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries for domestic and international travel packages.
- Understand customer travel preferences, budgets, and requirements to recommend suitable holiday packages.
- Sell flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday packages, visa assistance, and other travel-related services.
- Prepare customized itineraries and quotations.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings while achieving monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Coordinate with suppliers, hotels, airlines, and operations teams for seamless travel arrangements.
- Resolve customer queries and provide exceptional pre- and post-sales support.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in Travel Sales, Travel Consulting, or the Travel & Tourism industry.
- Fluency in Kannada is mandatory.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi are an added advantage.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations, travel products, and booking processes.
- Familiarity with travel booking portals or GDS systems is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
