M'Palath is a premium bridal couture and custom fashion brand specializing in handcrafted ethnic wear, bridal blouses, and personalized designer outfits. We are looking for a passionate Fashion Designer Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in fashion design, production, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing custom garments.
- Coordinate with karigars/tailors to ensure timely production and quality.
- Handle fabric, trims, and accessory purchases from local vendors.
- Track production progress and follow up with vendors and artisans.
- Coordinate with clients for measurements, fittings, and design updates whenever required.
- Assist in quality checks before delivery.
- Support daily studio operations and maintain design records.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Fashion Design.
- Basic knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and pattern understanding.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel locally for purchases and production coordination.
Preferred Candidate
- Owns a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Based in or willing to work from Kochi.
- Passionate about bridal couture and custom fashion.
- Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
