We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Jaipur. This role offers a unique opportunity to work across both offshore development projects and our SaaS products focused on the USA market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various online and offline channels.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Manage communication throughout the project lifecycle and ensure high client satisfaction.
- Prepare Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), BRDs, user stories, and other functional documentation.
- Coordinate closely with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered.
- Contribute to the growth and marketing of our SaaS products by identifying market opportunities, gathering customer feedback, and supporting product positioning for the USA market.
