We are looking for a motivated Flutter Developer who will design, build and maintain high-quality mobile applications using the Flutter framework and the Dart programming language. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, backend engineers and product stakeholders to deliver scalable, performant and user-friendly apps.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications (iOS & Android) using Flutter and Dart.
- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into code that produces smooth, responsive interfaces.
- Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs and services (Firebase, local storage, etc). Ensure code quality, performance optimization, responsiveness of apps across devices.
- Participate in code reviews, suggest best practices, maintain clean & maintainable code base.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, QA and operations to deliver features, bug fixes, and app releases (to App Store / Play Store
- Stay updated on new Flutter/Dart features, frameworks, architectures, state management patterns and bring them in to improve development process
- (Optional) Mentor junior developers, help set architecture decisions or build reusable custom widgets/packages.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in Dart and the Flutter framework.
- Experience with cross-platform mobile development for Android and iOS. Good understanding of mobile development concepts: UI/UX principles, responsive layouts, memory/performance optimization.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs, third-party libraries and SDKs. Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Provider, Bloc, GetX) and architectural patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and modern development tooling.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
