Sales Manager – Loans & Insurance
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and grow our loans and insurance business. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and guiding the sales team to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business for personal loans, home loans, business loans, LAP, and insurance products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, banks, NBFCs, and insurance partners.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and customer segments.
- Conduct sales meetings, field visits, and client presentations.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Follow up with customers for loan processing and insurance renewals.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries efficiently.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in loans, insurance, banking, or financial sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
- Knowledge of loan and insurance products is preferred.
- Ability to manage team performance and client relationships.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
