Visa Counsellor – Job Responsibilities
- Counsel clients on study, visitor, and other visa options for UK, USA, Australia, Canada, and Schengen countries
- Assess client profiles and determine visa eligibility as per country-specific rules
- Explain visa processes, documentation, timelines, and fees clearly
- Guide clients in preparing SOPs, financial documents, and application requirements
- Coordinate with filing officers for accurate visa application submission
- Prepare clients for visa interviews where required (especially USA & UK)
- Track application progress and handle refusals or reapplications
- Stay updated with immigration laws and embassy guidelines
- Maintain client records and provide professional customer support
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
