Job Summary
Deccan Nutraceuticals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Purchase Interns to join our Procurement team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and undergraduates to gain hands-on experience in procurement, vendor coordination, and supply chain operations.
Preference will be given to:
- Immediate Joiners
- Candidates willing to work from the office
Key Responsibilities -
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain planned and actual dispatch dates.
- Track purchase orders and report delays to the purchase team.
- Maintain and update records in the FMS (File Management System).
- Assist in preparing purchase orders and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding material requirements.
- Support the purchase team in day-to-day procurement activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and status tracking of orders.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor communications and transactions.

- Any Graduate or Undergraduate.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Required Skills -
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and good time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn procurement and supply chain processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
