We’re looking for an Email Marketing / Lead Generation Executive who understands targeting, personalization, campaigns, follow-ups, and most importantly results.

What you’ll be responsible for:
→ Plan and execute cold email campaigns targeting businesses in the US, UK & Australia.
→ Research and build highly relevant prospect lists based on our target industries and ICPs.
→ Generate qualified leads for Nightowl’s services, including:
- Ai- Web Design & Development
- Ai- SEO
- PPC & Paid Marketing
- Linkedin Personal Branding
- Other Digital Marketing Services
→ Write compelling subject lines, email copy, CTAs, and follow-up sequences.
→ Manage email campaigns from prospect research to replies and lead qualification.
→ Test different messaging, audiences, offers, and sequences to improve results.
→ Monitor key metrics including deliverability, open rates, reply rates, positive responses, and qualified leads.
→ Maintain campaign and lead data accurately.
→ Achieve monthly qualified lead-generation targets.
Who are we looking for?
You’ll be a strong fit if you:
→ Have 1+ year of experience in cold email marketing or B2B lead generation.
→ Have experience generating leads from US, UK and/or Australian markets.
→ Understand email deliverability and how to avoid spam issues.
→ Know prospecting, segmentation, personalization, and follow-up strategies.
→ Can write clear and persuasive cold email copy.
→ Understand the difference between sending emails and actually generating qualified opportunities.
→ Are comfortable working with monthly targets and taking ownership of results.
Pay: ₹11,306.25 - ₹30,084.19 per month

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh (Noida): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
