We are looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, designs, and detailed drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, construction documents, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Assist in material selection, project planning, and execution.
- Prepare presentations, 3D visualizations, and design proposals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- 1–5 years of professional experience (Freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, and MS Office.
- Strong design, detailing, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or interior projects.
- 3D visualization and presentation skills.
- Site supervision and project coordination experience.
