Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Lead, train, and supervise staff
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and service standards
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues
- Monitor sales, inventory, and costs
Requirements:
- Experience as Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and hygiene standards
- Ability to work shifts and peak hours
