Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Intern to support our customer relationship management initiatives. You will work closely with the CRM and marketing teams to manage customer data, enhance communication workflows, and contribute to improving customer satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:
As a CRM Intern, you will support the customer relationship management team in enhancing customer engagement and maintaining accurate data. Tasks may include:

Updating and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.

Assisting in executing CRM campaigns (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).

Tracking customer interactions and helping resolve basic queries.

Preparing reports and analyzing customer data.
