About the Role
We are seeking an AI Executive to drive digital transformation by leveraging Artificial Intelligence across our real estate operations. The role involves implementing AI solutions to streamline processes, enhance customer engagement, support sales and marketing teams, automate routine tasks, and improve overall business efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI Implementation & Automation
- Identify business processes that can be improved using AI.
- Implement AI tools to automate repetitive tasks across departments.
- Develop AI-based workflows for sales, CRM, HR, marketing, and operations.
- Create and optimize prompts to generate high-quality business outputs.
Sales & CRM Support
- Automate lead allocation, follow-ups, and customer communication.
- Assist the sales team with AI-generated customer insights and recommendations.
- Generate sales reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
- Improve lead management and response time using AI-powered solutions.
Marketing & Business Development
- Generate property descriptions, brochures, presentations, and social media content using AI.
- Support digital marketing campaigns with AI-generated content and analytics.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to support business decisions.
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance summaries.
- Analyze sales, customer, and operational data to provide actionable insights.
- Assist management in making data-driven decisions.
Innovation & Process Improvement
- Research and evaluate new AI tools relevant to the real estate industry.
- Recommend innovative AI solutions to improve productivity and customer experience.
- Train employees on the effective and responsible use of AI tools.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or Perplexity.
- Excellent prompt writing and AI content generation skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or Microsoft Power Automate is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with multiple teams and manage AI-driven projects.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- AI, automation, or data analytics certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of CRM systems and real estate sales processes.
- Basic understanding of APIs, SQL, or Python is an advantage.
- Experience in business process automation and workflow optimization.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
