Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and referrals.
Identify new business opportunities and acquire clients for website development and IT services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
Negotiate pricing and close deals successfully.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM regularly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills
2–5 years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in selling website development, software development, mobile applications, digital marketing, or IT solutions.
Good understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Ability to generate leads independently.
Strong presentation and client management skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Experience in B2B sales will be preferred.
