Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for product listings, inventory management, order processing, marketplace operations, and online promotions to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa Fashion, and the company website.
- Upload and update product information, descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely replenishment.
- Process and track customer orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and marketplace trends.
- Plan and execute online promotional campaigns, discounts, and seasonal offers.
- Monitor customer reviews and resolve queries to maintain high seller ratings.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and inventory reports.
- Ensure accurate product categorization and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the fashion industry.
- Hands-on experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, etc.
- Knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and inventory management systems.
- Understanding of online marketing, SEO, and digital merchandising.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, or other e-commerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media promotions.
- Familiarity with fashion products, trends, and merchandising.
Salary
Upto 40K
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
