Job Summary
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized CRM Coordinator for its Transformer Division. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing sales leads, preparing quotations, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating client follow-ups. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to maintain accurate sales data and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and track customer inquiries and sales leads through the CRM system.
- Prepare and share quotations with customers in coordination with the sales team.
- Conduct timely client follow-ups to ensure effective lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM data regularly.
- Generate CRM reports, sales reports, and performance analytics.
- Monitor lead status and ensure timely updates throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of customer requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Assist the sales team in improving customer engagement and achieving business targets.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM coordination, sales coordination, or inside sales.
- Hands-on experience in lead management, quotation preparation, and client follow-ups.
- Strong knowledge of CRM data entry, reporting, and analytics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
