Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to generate business opportunities for our ERP software solutions. The ideal candidate should have experience in outbound sales, lead generation, cold calling, and client relationship management. Experience in IT Software, SaaS, ERP, or EdTech sales will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Identify and connect with decision-makers in schools, colleges, universities, manufacturing companies, and businesses.
- Conduct outbound calls and schedule product demonstrations for the sales team.
- Understand customer requirements and explain ERP software solutions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and update CRM regularly.
- Follow up with prospects and nurture leads until closure.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment targets.
- Coordinate with the Business Development Manager and Pre-Sales team.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and provide timely responses.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Eligibility
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or IT Sales.
- Experience in IT Software, SaaS, ERP, EdTech, or B2B Sales is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
