Scope:
Looking for a highly responsible, experienced, and disciplined Head Chef to take complete ownership of IN-House kitchen.
150+ employees daily, Menu creation -high volume cooking to kitchen staff leadership and meticulous hygiene maintenance. If you take pride in running a spotless, highly planned kitchen and serving delicious, timely meals, we want you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
● End-to-End Kitchen Ownership: Take full accountability for the daily operations of the in-house kitchen, ensuring all meals (Lunch, Evening Snacks, and Dinner) are served strictly on time.
● Cuisine Mastery: Plan and prepare well-rounded daily menus featuring an expert mix of both North Indian and South Indian cuisines.
● Pre-Planned Procurement: Proactively prepare precise lists of raw materials and ingredients. Coordinate seamlessly with the internal procurement team to place orders well in advance. Proper forward-planning is an absolute requirement.
● Team Leadership: Manage and direct an assigned kitchen team consisting of 2 Assistant Chefs and 1 Helper (who handles cleaning chores and basic kitchen preparation tasks).
● Obsessive Hygiene & Cleanliness: Place an uncompromising focus on hygienic food preparation. Maintain top-tier cleanliness standards across all raw materials, utensils, and surfaces. Lead daily deep-cleaning routines of the entire kitchen area.
● Healthy & Balanced Cooking: Ensure food is consistently healthy, nutritious, balanced, and prepared using clean, hygienic practices suitable for daily consumption by our team.
● Kitchen Upgrading & Modernization: Take full responsibility for upgrading our kitchen infrastructure; proactively identify equipment needs, optimize physical workflows, and implement modern, scalable kitchen practices as our team grows.
Candidate Profile
● Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience running a commercial, corporate, or centralized cloud kitchen, with a proven track record of managing a kitchen team.
● Cuisine Profile: Direct, hands-on experience cooking both authentic North Indian and South Indian meals at a large scale is mandatory.
● Scale Comfort: Must be completely comfortable independently leading and organizing meals for 150+ individuals daily.
● Organizational Skills: Exceptionally disciplined about tracking inventory, planning menus in advance, and maintaining timeline precision.
● Shift Commitment: Comfortable working a 10-hour shift, Monday to Saturday.
● Language Skills: Fluency in at least one of these languages is mandatory: Hindi, Kannada, or English (to ensure smooth communication with the staff and management).

Employment Terms & Compensation
● Contract Duration: 1-Year Contract (Renewable annually based on performance).
● Shift Duration: 10 Hours (Monday to Saturday).
