Seeking a BAT Tester with strong experience in ESB integrations and CRM applications to support Business Acceptance Testing BAT and User Acceptance Testing UAT for banking systems. The ideal candidate should have solid banking domain knowledge and the ability to work closely with business and IT teams to ensure seamless end-to-end integration and customer journeys.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute BAT and UAT scenarios for ESB integrations and CRM journeys.
- Validate end-to-end data flow across ESB channels and downstream systems.
- Ensure CRM functionalities meet defined business requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Identify, log, and track defects to closure in coordination with development teams.
- Work closely with business users, IT teams, and vendors to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
- Prepare and maintain test scenarios, test cases, execution status, and defect reports.
- Support business users during UAT cycles and sign-off activities.
- Ensure adherence to banking standards, QA processes, and compliance requirements.
