Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in Coimbatore . The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing existing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and leading a team of sales executives. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for market research, sales forecasting, and creating strategies to increase market share.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of proven work experience as a Sales Manager
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Ability to achieve sales targets and manage client accounts
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Leadership and team management skills
- Market research and sales forecasting skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Need to travel as required
- MBA in Sales & Marketing Preferred
Benefits
- Salary will be fixed to Rs.20,000/- per month. Incentives will be provided after 3 months.
