Job Description
GFMNOW is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team in Tirupati. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT recruitment, sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for contract and permanent positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Handle contract hiring, contract staffing, and permanent hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Qualifications
