The Virtual Event Moderator will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing virtual events while also supporting overall project coordination and communication activities. The role requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency in virtual platforms, and the ability to manage data, documentation, and client interactions efficiently. The candidate will ensure professional event delivery while maintaining accurate project tracking and responsive communication support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Moderate virtual events and webinars professionally, ensuring smooth and structured execution.
· Manage participant interactions, including Q&A sessions, chat discussions, and polls during live sessions.
· Coordinate with speakers and internal teams before and during events.
· Conduct pre-event technical checks and rehearsals to ensure readiness.
· Troubleshoot basic technical issues during live events.
· Ensure events follow the planned agenda and timelines.
· Maintain a professional virtual presence and ensure audience engagement.
· Handle client communication through email, providing timely updates and professional responses.
· Provide chat support during virtual events and for ongoing project-related queries.
· Properly maintain and organize data in Google Sheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency in tracking project progress.
· Coordinate with internal teams to prepare materials and required documentation.
· Organize and monitor project milestones to ensure deadlines are met.
· Ensure smooth communication across internal teams and external stakeholders.
· Maintain accurate records and documentation for all assigned projects.
Qualifications and Skills:
· Experience moderating virtual events (Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms).
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Proficiency in Google Sheets, Word and Excel for data management.
· Ability to confidently manage live audiences and real-time coordination.
· Experience handling email communication and chat support professionally.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm during live sessions.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
· 0–2 year of relevant experience in event moderation, coordination, or related field.
Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
