- Serve as the day-to-day point of contact between the CMO and internal
- teams (creative, content, product, sales) to ensure brand priorities arecommunicated and actioned
- Monitor and enforce brand guidelines across all touchpoints — digital,
print, social, packaging, and internal communicationscampaign materials, ensuring consistency and quality before approvaltemplates for cross-functional useinconsistencies to the CMO proactivelythrough brand guidelines and usage policiesmultiple teams and consolidating feedbackand audit findings on a regular cadencestrategy
- Coordinate the creation and review of brand assets, collateral, and
- Maintain and update the brand asset library, guidelines documents, and
- Track ongoing brand projects, manage timelines, and flag delays or
- Liaise with external agencies, designers, and vendors; brief them
- accurately and review deliverables against brand standards
- Assist in onboarding new employees and partners by walking them
- Support campaign planning and execution by coordinating inputs from
- Compile and share brand performance reports, competitor benchmarks,
- Own administrative and operational brand tasks so the CMO can focus on
