Key Responsibilities Post job openings on online career boards and social networks. Source candidates using databases and LinkedIn. Screen resumes and applications for matching skills. Conduct phone interviews to shortlist qualified applicants. Schedule final interviews for team hiring managers. Send job offers and guide new hires through onboarding. Update candidate records in our tracking system. Qualifications Experience: Proven work history as an HR Recruiter or similar role. Skills: Strong screening, interviewing, and communication skills. Education: Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
