About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Civil Engineer with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in commercial building construction to join our project team in Dehradun. The candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, quality control, and coordination with vendors and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams for smooth execution
- Monitor and report daily progress, material consumption, and manpower deployment
- Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with safety norms
- Assist in preparing measurement sheets, BOQs, and work completion reports
- Coordinate with project managers/consultants for technical clarifications
- Maintain site records, drawings, and documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in commercial/institutional building projects
- Working knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Excel/Office
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently at site with minimal supervision
- Willingness to relocate/work at Dehradun site
Preferred
- Prior experience with commercial building/IT park projects
Basic knowledge of civil estimation and billing
