About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Compliance Administrator to join our team in Baddi. The ideal candidate will have strong HR administration experience and a sound understanding of statutory compliance requirements within the food and food packaging manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR administration activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain records related to licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and support compliance related to fire safety systems and fire extinguisher maintenance as per industry and regulatory standards.
- Support HR reporting activities.
- Maintain accurate compliance registers and records for factory operations.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in HR administration and compliance functions.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, factory compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Experience in the food and/or food packaging manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of fire extinguisher compliance, fire safety audits, and related documentation requirements within manufacturing facilities.
- Good communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR documentation systems.
Location Requirement
Preference will be given to candidates residing in Baddi or nearby areas who can conveniently commute to the facility.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
