Designation: Tender Executive
Location: Faridabad
Experience Required: Minimum 2+ Years
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA (Depending on interview & experience)
Industry Preference: Cooling Tower / Water Treatment / Industrial Product-Based Companies
Key Responsibilities
GeM Portal Management
- Regularly search, identify, and shortlist relevant tenders/bids on the GeM portal.
- Coordinate with senior management regarding suitable tender opportunities.
- Create and manage product/service catalogues and listings on GeM.
- Handle communication with GeM authorities and government clients through the portal.
- Share updates regarding tender status, buyer communications, and GeM notifications with concerned departments.
- Track order status, contract generation, payment follow-ups, and post-bid activities.
E-Procurement Portal Operations
- Search and filter relevant tenders on state and central government e-Procurement portals.
- Identify tenders matching the company’s products, services, and business profile.
- Download tender documents and share key details such as eligibility criteria, scope of work, and submission timelines.
- Coordinate internally with management and departments for participation approval.
- Monitor pre-bid meeting schedules, corrigendums, and clarification deadlines.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain MIS reports for tender tracking, bid participation, win/loss analysis, and submission status.
- Prepare regular management reports and maintain proper tender documentation records.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of GeM Portal and Government E-Procurement systems.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF editing tools.
- Strong coordination and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and work under deadlines.
- Good communication and follow-up skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in GeM & Tender Handling.
- Experience in product-based manufacturing companies dealing with government clients will be preferred.
- Exposure to Cooling Tower, HVAC, Water Treatment, Industrial Equipment, or Engineering industries is an advantage.
