LTA is looking for Business Development Professional driving retail client acquisition for assisted selling & promoter management solutions.
Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition & Business Development Identify, prospect, and onboard retail brands across categories such as Fashion, Jewellery, Electronics, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Beauty, etc.
Target clients who require in-store promoters / RSOs / assisted selling manpower. Generate new business through cold outreach, references, meetings, and industry networking. Pitch for end-to-end promoter management solutions from hiring, training, payroll management and performance monitoring.
Experience 3-4 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition. Proven experience selling to retail brands. Prior exposure to any of the following is highly preferred Promoter management / retail staffing / manpower sourcing
Salary Range Ranging between salary 4 to5 LPA
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
