Responsibilities & Duties Prospecting: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media. Client Meetings: Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our products/services effectively. Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the management. Negotiation: Negotiate deals and handle complaints or objections professionally to close sales. Market Research: Gather feedback from customers and share market insights with the internal team to help improve our offerings. Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales data, pipelines, and achievements to the team leader.
