Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Guide and motivate sales executives.
- Monitor leads, inquiries, test drives, and customer follow-ups.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams.
- Prepare sales reports and track team performance.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3–5 years of automobile sales experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of Hyundai products and dealership operations preferred.
KPI: Sales target achievement, lead conversion, customer satisfaction, and team productivity.
