Role & Responsibilities
- Guide and support students in academics and personal development
- Monitor student attendance, performance, and progress
- Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student updates
- Motivate students towards career goals, placements, and higher studies
- Coordinate with faculty and management for student welfare
- Assist in organizing academic and extracurricular activities
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to mentor and motivate students
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong problem-solving and counseling skills
- Commitment to student success and development
