Tradejini Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is a leading fintech and stock broking company providing innovative investment and trading solutions to customers across India. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our growing Customer Support team.
We are seeking a Customer Support Executive with 1–2 years of experience who possesses excellent English communication skills and can interact confidently with customers. Candidates who are proficient in additional regional languages will be given preference.
- Handle customer queries through phone, email, chat, and WhatsApp.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer support.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Meet service quality standards and response time targets.
- Build positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Voice Process, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in one or more regional languages such as Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, or Malayalam will be an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Candidates from any industry are welcome to apply, provided they have excellent communication skills and relevant customer support experience.
- Experience in BFSI, FinTech, Banking, BPO, E-commerce, Telecom, Healthcare, Hospitality, or any customer-facing industry will be an added advantage.
