Receptionist – Premium Salon
Position: Salon Receptionist
Brand: Toni & Guy
Location: Kankurgachi, Kolkata
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
About the Role
We are looking for a well-groomed, confident, and customer-oriented receptionist to be the first point of contact for our premium salon. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to provide a warm, professional experience to every client.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and professionally attend to clients visiting the salon.
* Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and walk-ins.
* Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and client queries.
* Coordinate appointments between clients, stylists, and salon staff.
* Manage the reception desk and maintain an organised front-office environment.
* Handle billing, payments, receipts, and basic cash management.
* Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
* Inform clients about salon services, packages, offers, and promotions.
* Follow up with clients for appointments and service feedback.
* Ensure a premium and personalised customer experience.
* Coordinate with the salon manager regarding daily operations.
* Maintain professionalism, grooming, punctuality, and salon standards at all times.
Candidate Requirements
* Candidate with a pleasant personality and professional appearance.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good knowledge of English, Hindi, and Bengali preferred.
* Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.
* Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced salon environment.
* Prior experience in a premium salon, hospitality, retail, or front-office role will be an advantage.
