Reports To: Sales/Marketing Manager
Role Overview: The Sales & Marketing Executive/Officer will be responsible for generating leads, acquiring new customers, building brand visibility, and driving revenue growth through field and direct sales initiatives. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, market awareness, and a target-driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Generation & Revenue Growth
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, direct selling, and referrals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Promote company products/services to potential customers
- Convert leads into confirmed sales through effective follow-up
2. Field Sales & Market Outreach
- Organize promotional activities and product demonstrations
- Build relationships with local businesses and community groups
- Gather market intelligence and competitor insights
3. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Address customer queries and provide product information
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports
4. Marketing Support
- Assist in local marketing campaigns and brand promotions
- Support digital and offline marketing initiatives
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs
5. Reporting & Compliance
- Submit weekly sales reports
- Maintain documentation of leads, visits, and closures
- Adhere to company policies and ethical sales practices
Qualification & Experience
- Preferred: MBA (Marketing/Sales) with min 1 year of experience in marketing or sales OR
- Graduate degree with min 3 years of experience in retail or field sales
Additional Advantage: Field Sales Experience in consumer services, FMCG, utilities, telecom, or other field-sales intensive industries preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
