#About the Role
ZOBEEZ is looking for a *motivated and proactive HR Recruiter* to join our team. The role involves *end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate management, and HR coordination* across multiple job profiles.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Manage *end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition*.
* Source candidates through *Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Job Hai, Indeed, social media, referrals, and other platforms*.
* Screen resumes and conduct *initial HR interviews*.
* Understand client/job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
* Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
* Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
* Manage *selection, offer, joining, and onboarding coordination*.
* Build and maintain a strong *candidate pipeline and talent pool*.
* Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
* Work towards achieving *daily/weekly/monthly hiring targets*.
* Assist with employee documentation and other HR activities.
# Requirements
* Graduate in *HR, Business Administration, or a related field*.
* Excellent *communication and interpersonal skills*.
* Good understanding of *Recruitment & Talent Acquisition*.
* Strong sourcing, follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to handle *multiple vacancies and hiring targets*.
* Working knowledge of *Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals** is preferred.
