We are looking for a confident, presentable, and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our team at our KPHB Colony showroom.

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and ensure they have a pleasant shopping experience.
- Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Schedule customer appointments and manage customer feedback.
- Assist in promotional campaigns, festive offers, and customer engagement activities.
- Maintain customer records accurately in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues whenever required.
- Support store operations and administrative activities as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Experience in Customer Service, CRM, Retail, Jewellery, Hospitality, Banking, Reception, or BPO will be an added advantage.
- Graduation is preferred (Intermediate candidates with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Good communication skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi will be an advantage.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
