Job Title: Virtual Relationship Manager

Role Summary:
We are looking for a Virtual Relationship Manager to handle and coordinate leads generated through our POS campaigns on social media. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with leads, following up, maintaining lead records, and supporting the conversion process.
Responsibilities:
· Contact and follow up with POS leads.
· Communicate with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
· Maintain lead records and update status regularly.
· Coordinate with internal teams for lead closure.
· Ensure timely responses and excellent support to POS
Skills Required:
· Good communication skills (Tamil & English).
· Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with POS leads.
Qualification: Any Graduate/Diploma
Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
