Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and organized HR & Client Relationship Executive to support both HR operations and client coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee administration, client communication, project coordination, and maintaining smooth day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, onboarding, and employee induction.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, HR documentation, and assist with payroll processing.
- Handle client calls, emails, and messages professionally while ensuring timely communication.
- Prepare and share quotations, MOUs, project updates, and follow up on approvals, payments, and client feedback.
- Coordinate with design, site, and accounts teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain CRM records, client interaction logs, and prepare HR and CRM reports.
- Schedule meetings, organize office records, and support administrative activities.
- Assist employees with HR-related queries and support management in implementing HR policies and disciplinary procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR, administration, or client relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work effectively in a team environment.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
