Job Summary
Most admin roles keep you maintaining something that already exists. This one puts you at the front of an enterprise-wide AI rollout — you will be one of the first people in the organization to own an enterprise ChatGPT environment end to end.
We are looking for a strong Azure/AWS DevOps, cloud, or identity administrator who already knows SSO, SCIM, Entra ID, SailPoint, and ServiceNow — and who is genuinely excited about AI and is willing to learn the OpenAI platform to provide end-to-end enterprise-wide AI admin support

Key Responsibilities
1. Design and architect cell characterization methodologies using specialized EDA tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor Graphics, ensuring robust solutions for semiconductor product development and sustenance.
2. Lead the implementation and optimization of STD cell characterization workflows, leveraging SPICE simulation and characterization platforms to achieve accurate timing, power, and performance analysis.
3. Serve as a subject matter expert in STD cell characterization technologies, advising the team on best practices and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
4. Drive knowledge enhancement by introducing advanced characterization techniques and evaluating emerging technologies to ensure solutions remain current and competitive.
5. Mentor and train team members on cell characterization processes, EDA tools, and industry standards, conducting targeted workshops and technical sessions.
6. Develop technical documentation, whitepapers, and competency collateral to support market trend analysis and capability building within the STD cell characterization domain.
7. Gather and analyze client specifications, delivering tailored STD cell characterization solutions that address both technical requirements and business objectives.
8. Recommend and implement client-centric value creation initiatives by integrating industry best practices and innovative approaches in STD cell characterization.
Skill Requirements

4+ years in cloud/DevOps administration, enterprise SaaS administration, or IAM operations (Azure or AWS).
Hands-on SSO configuration (SAML 2.0 / OIDC) for at least one enterprise SaaS application — configured it yourself, not just used it.
Hands-on SCIM or automated directory-sync provisioning, or equivalent structured user-lifecycle management at scale.
Working experience with Microsoft Entra ID (users, groups, conditional access, app registrations).
Experience with an enterprise ticketing / ITSM tool (ServiceNow preferred) in an SLA-driven support environment.
Strong spoken and written English. This role talks directly to business users, security teams, and leadership.
Regular personal or professional use of ChatGPT or a comparable AI assistant.
Other Requirements
SailPoint or another IGA platform for access certification and request workflows.
Experience administering ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, or a similar enterprise AI platform.
Prompt engineering experience, or coaching others on AI tool usage.
Light security tooling exposure — conditional access, MFA enforcement, DLP awareness.
Familiarity with developer tooling and AI coding assistants (e.g. Codex, GitHub Copilot).
