Job Summary
We are hiring a Picker for our warehouse and fulfillment operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day execution of assigned operational activities while maintaining accuracy, productivity, and compliance with company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities
· Pick products accurately from warehouse locations as per picklists.
· Verify SKU, batch, and quantity before handover to packing.
· Maintain picking productivity and accuracy targets.
· Ensure proper stock handling to avoid damages.
· Support cycle counts and inventory checks.
· Follow warehouse safety and SOP guidelines.
Eligibility & Skills
· 10th Pass
· Basic reading and counting skills
· Warehouse experience preferred
