Job Summary
The Commis III assists in basic kitchen operations and food preparation while learning standard cooking methods and hygiene practices.
Key Responsibilities
Perform basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping)
Assist in mise-en-place under supervision
Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment
Follow hygiene, safety, and food handling standards
Support senior kitchen staff during service
Qualifications
Certificate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
1-2 years of kitchen experience
