S Labs Hygiene Care Private Limited is India's emerging leader in affordable premium pet grooming and hygiene care products. We are a brand-focused distributor dedicated to bringing high-quality, affordable pet wellness solutions to every corner of India through General Trade, Modern Trade, and Alternative Trade channels. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to make premium pet hygiene care accessible to every pet parent, regardless of location. As we build out D2C and marketplace channels alongside our General and Modern Trade business, we are looking for two Warehouse Logistics Executives to handle daily order fulfilment and dispatch operations out of our Hyderabad warehouse.
- Process and pack daily D2C and marketplace orders accurately, ensuring correct SKUs, quantities, and labelling before dispatch. Operate marketplace seller panels (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar) to check order status, generate shipping labels, and update tracking. Coordinate with courier partners and 3PL providers for daily pickups, shipment tracking, and resolution of delivery escalations. Handle returns and RTO (Return to Origin) shipments — inspection, restocking, and updating inventory records accordingly. Support day-to-day inventory management: cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and flagging discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager. Prepare and maintain dispatch documentation — invoices, e-way bills, GST-compliant paperwork, and delivery challans. Assist with inbound receiving, put-away, and general warehouse housekeeping as needed. Track daily order fulfilment metrics (orders processed, on-time dispatch, returns) and report to the Warehouse Manager. Coordinate with the Warehouse Manager to plan for peak-order periods (sales, promotions) and ensure adequate packing material stock. MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse and logistics operations within FMCG or Pharma. Hands-on experience with D2C order processing and packing workflows. Familiarity with marketplace seller tools (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar platforms). Experience coordinating with courier companies and 3PL logistics partners. Working knowledge of handling returns and RTO shipments. Basic understanding of inventory and stock reconciliation processes. Familiarity with preparing invoices, e-way bills, and GST-related dispatch documentation.
