- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Data Analytics / Digital Analytics.
- Basic understanding of: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
- Ability to clearly communicate ideas, questions, observations, and findings.
- Good documentation skills.
- Willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Understanding of website structure and browser Developer Tools.
- Exposure to web analytics or reporting tools.
- Basic understanding of data collection and tracking concepts.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau.
- Academic projects involving websites, JavaScript, data analytics, or reporting.
- Key Responsibilities
- Support the team with day-to-day data and analytics activities.
- Assist with data validation, QA, reporting, and documentation.
- Support website and analytics-related testing activities.
- Assist in validating data captured from websites and digital experiences.
- Support troubleshooting and investigation of data or tracking-related issues.
- Assist with basic analysis and identification of data discrepancies.
- Help create and maintain reports, trackers, documentation, and process guides.
- Work with senior team members to understand business requirements and support analytics-related activities.
- Participate in team discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and project meetings.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure assigned tasks are completed within timelines.
- Continuously learn new analytics tools, technologies, and industry practices.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
