- Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (Mechanical) Job Summary
The Graduate Engineer Trainee will undergo structured training in engineering, production, and quality processes to develop technical and professional skills. The trainee will assist senior engineers in manufacturing, maintenance, and quality improvement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in production, maintenance, and quality operations.
- Learn and support manufacturing processes and equipment operations.
- Participate in process improvement and troubleshooting activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical reports and documentation.
- Support quality inspections and testing procedures.
- Follow safety standards and company policies.
- Work with cross-functional teams such as production, quality, and maintenance.
- Participate in training programs and technical workshops.
Required Qualifications
- B.Tech / B.E in Mechanical Engineering
- 0–1 year experience (Freshers can apply)
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes
- Understanding of engineering drawings and measurements
- Knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge of quality and safety standards

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
