Multi Technician (Maintenance Department)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.
- Monitor and maintain lighting, generators, UPS, pumps, and other utility systems.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues.
- Respond quickly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Maintain maintenance logs and service records.
- Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with electrical standards.
- Coordinate with supervisors and external vendors when major repairs are required.
Eligibility
- Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electrical or a related engineering field.
- Valid electrical license is preferred.
- Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) systems.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant maintenance experience is preferred for experienced technician roles.
