Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Inside Sales Executive to support sales and operational activities for our AV Solutions business. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client coordination, sales follow-ups, quotation support, and coordination of day-to-day operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
- Handle client coordination, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and execution
- Maintain CRM records, sales data, and reports
- Handle operational coordination related to deliveries, installations, and customer updates
- Assist in vendor and client communication for smooth project execution
- Promote Audio Visual (AV) products and solutions
- Achieve assigned sales and coordination targets
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Coordination / Operations Coordination
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Preferred Experience in AV/IT industry preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle client communication professionally
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and CRM handling preferred
