Job Summary:
- We are seeking a NetSuite Admin to join our internal NetSuite support team within the Technology Department. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic and people-focused team to support and maintain our NetSuite environment across a diverse company.
- CACI has invested in NetSuite as its cloud business platform of choice, covering key business processes across sales, project management, and financials, replacing the various legacy systems following multiple company acquisitions.
- In this role, you will help us support, maintain, enhance, and provide training for existing CRM, ERP, SRP, and CASE business processes. You’ll assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees and new acquisitions, responding to general enquiries covering topics such as; saved searches, reports, native functionality, custom workflows, process flows and best practices whilst also providing assistance to the NetSuite consultants as a project resource.
- You will need to possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, be comfortable in delivering functional workshops, capturing and documenting basic business requirements, have a good knowledge of native process flows and provide day-to-day support. The role will provide plenty of opportunities to apply and develop your knowledge and experience as the business grows, whilst providing exposure to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Reporting to our Senior NetSuite Consultant in the Technology department and working alongside our team of NetSuite developers, you will work with the various business units to deliver solutions, resolve issues, and deliver ongoing training and support to embed change. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented, an out-of-the-box thinker, whilst always taking a proactive approach and not being concerned to challenge the status quo.
Responsibilities:
Understand, support, and maintain NetSuite (CRM, SRP, ERP and CASE) processes.
Perform data analysis, cleansing, mapping, and importing using native NetSuite and third-party applications.
Build, maintain and optimise searches, reports, and dashboards.
Monitor the existing environment and test new releases to ensure our configurations remain operational.
Provide end-user training, documentation, and support for NetSuite functionality and features.
Research and evaluate new NetSuite features and technologies and provide recommendations for improvement.
Raise cases with NetSuite Support when required.
Work closely with the rest of the team to deliver high-quality solutions and services.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to effectively manage expectations and respond to feedback.
Work proactively in identifying and resolving issues.
Skills:
NetSuite administration experience, ideally within a complex deployment.
Good experience with custom NetSuite elements (fields, lists, records, forms and workflows).
Be able to effectively use Sandbox environments for development, testing, and training.
Excellent working knowledge of ERP and SRP processes.
Great analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
Strong use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to document complex requirements simply.
Ability to work collaboratively across a diverse business.
NetSuite certifications are beneficial but not essential.
Experience with other software or ERP’s is also beneficial but not essential.
